Breast Augmentation : Case 83 (3489732)
Description
This 40 year old Asian woman was referred by a friend to Dr. Graham for breast enlargement. She wanted to moderately enhance her breasts. She wanted clothes to fit better. She was physically active and healthy, with no personal or family history of breast disease. She supported our recommendation of saline filled breast implants. She used external sizers and Vectra 3-dimensional computer imaging to pre-visualize the desired post operative results, rather than Dr. Graham picking an implant to try to meet her goals (and she was very happy with the eventual results).
