Breast Augmentation : 18104
Description
This 29 year old woman was referred by several previous patients, (which we always appreciate). She wanted to increase her breast size from 36A to full C/small D. She was 5'6" and 155#. She had 2 children, who did breast feed. She had some natural difference in nipple position and breast size. Different fill of the saline implants decreased to size asymmetry, but surgery was not done to even up the nipples. She chose 375-400ml implants, inframammary approach & subpectoral placement. Surgery was performed in our facility with our MD anesthesiologist. She had some initial nipple hypersensitivity, which resolved. She told us she "really enjoyed your facility" having visited others before selecting us. And "felt very comfortable with the doctor and the staff." In retrospect, she wished she had chosen even larger implants.
