Breast Augmentation : Case 42 (15121)

Description

This 36 year old woman sought fuller breasts with minimal visible scarring. She worked in the medical field, exercised regularly, and had breast-fed 2 children.She wore a 34 C cup bra, but it did not fit well. She had some mild asymmetries. Dr. Graham discussed options with her. Because of her breast sagging, she presents the option of only doing the implants and leaving much of the sagging or choosing to have a more lifted shape, but a scar hidden along the under-breast crease (inframammary fold). We discussed that she could chose implants first, realizing that later breast lift might be needed for better shape, which is the option she chose. 300ml saline implants were used. She was very pleased with the results, and change to a 32 DD bra post-op.
