Breast Augmentation : Case 64 (19860)

Description

This 26 year old woman sought our advice about breast augmentation and possibly a lift. She was generally healthy with 2 children. She was 5'5" and 135#, wearing a Victoria Secret 32 C bra, but wanted to fill a full B to full C bra without padding. After evaluation and sizing, she chose 285ml saline implants. We advised that the implants would improve breast appearance and that breast lift would not be needed at this time. Her surgery and recovery were smooth and she remarked that she "could't be happier," now wearing a 34 C-D bra. She used silicone patches as scar therapy.
