Breast Augmentation : Case 82 (1316)
Description
This 51 year old black woman consulted us about breast augmentation and liposuction. She wanted complete body contour enhancement including smaller waist and rounder buttocks. She was in excellent health, physically active, without any personal or family history of breast disease. Dr. Graham discussed the procedures, anticipated results, postop care and recovery, risks and possible complications. She chose moderate sized breast implants to give her a 36 D cup postop. She recovered very well, and maintained plenty of the grafted buttock fat giving her beautiful buttock shape. The breast augmentation helped with an overall hour-glass shape. She was so pleased with her result she remarked that she looked better than girls 30 years younger!
