Breast Augmentation : Case 79 (1340387)

Description

This 43 year old woman came to the Aesthetic Center to discuss with Dr. Graham breast enlargement. She had never developed the breast fullness and contour she desired. She wore an A cup bra and wished for a more normal C cup size. She was otherwise healthy. She had no personal or family history of breast disease. She requested saline implant breast augmentation. This was done in our accredited facility under general anesthesia in a brief one hour procedure. We used a one and one quarter incision hidden under the breast, near the fold (inframammary fold). We placed it under the pectoral muscle (subpectoral). Her implant will probably last for 15-20 years before needing replacement. If it leaks the contents are harmless saline IV fluid. She really enjoys her beautiful results. She no longer has to worry about her appearance while picking clothes.
