Description

This 35 year old woman was referred to Dr. Graham by her sister, also a satisfied patient at the Aesthetic Center for Breast & Cosmetic Surgery. She was interested in breast augmentation, specifically take me "back to where I was before 2 kids." She currently wore a 34C bra, but didn't fill it out well. She didn't like the sagging appearance of her breasts. She desired natural fullness and a nice D-cup size. She viewed herself in various sizers and chose 300-325ml fill saline implants, via an inframammary approach, in the subpectoral position. She was aware of her preexisting size, contour and nipple differences. Her recovery was smooth. She did not loose any nipple sensation. She achieved the improvements and enjoyed her new 34DD size.
