Description
This 38 year old woman was referred by two happy patients who had had breast augmentation by Dr. Graham. She has 2 children, runs, bikes, and works out regularly. She was tired of her 34 A cup size and requested fuller natural appearing breasts. She was a well informed patient, which we always enjoy. She chose 275ml saline implants placed through an infra-mammary approach. She obtained a great looking 32 B-C cup size result. She experienced some decreased sensation at 8 months postop, which we hope will improve over time.
