Breast Augmentation : Case 78 (22980)

Description

This 52 yo woman found Dr. Graham through her search for Ideal Implants (structured saline implants). Dr. Graham was the first area plastic surgeon using these advanced design implants which combine the benefits of saline implants with the feel of gel implants. She was generally healthy, a mom of 2 children, with no prior breast problems. She wore a 32 A/B cup bra and desired larger, more youthful breast shape, while maintaining natural proportions. Her left breast was slightly larger than her right. Using external sizers and 3-D Vectra computer imaging, she decided on approximately 400ml sized implants. Her surgery was uneventful. At three weeks, "I'm starting to like them." By 2 months postop "I love them even more now," which only continued through her first year follow-up. She eventually found that 34 or 36D bras fit well.
