Breast Augmentation : Case 4 (10645)

Description

This 23 year old woman consulted Dr. Graham about enhancing her body contour in the breast, torso & thighs. She had met previous patients of ours and like the results she saw. She was 5' 7" and 130 pounds, with a 34 B bra size. She was happy with her breast shape, but wanted larger size (full C - small D). She had localized subcutaneous fat at her outer thighs and flanks. Contouring these areas by suction lipectomy would refine her already attractive silhouette. During her pre-surgical evaluation, she selected saline implants about 325ml. Breast augmentation (inframammary, subpectoral) and liposuction of the flanks and thighs (tumescent) was performed as a out-patient under anesthesia. Only 1,300ml fat removal was necessary to give her a great result. Afterward, she said she was very happy with her results. She planned to compete in bikini contests. It was a "great experience all around."
