Description

This 31 yo woman was referred by a senior plastic surgeon in our area. She brought her husband to our consultation regarding breast augmentation. She was dissatisfied with her 32 A bra size and limited clothing options. They had 2 children currently. Her mother had had breast cancer, but her screening evaluations had been negative. We carefully discussed breast cancer monitoring in the presence of implants. She considered a full B and liked how she looked with 300 ml implant sizers. The Vectra 3-D imaging confirmed her choice.
