Breast Augmentation : Case 72 (21553)

Description

This 22 yo woman had waited for years for adequate breast development, but that did not happen. She was referred to The Aesthetic Center by another patient who was very happy with her own breast augmentation. She was active, in good health, allergic to one type of antibiotic, and had no children. Her husband was welcome at our consultation. Her bra size was 32 A pre-op, although she measured 28 inches, and 5' 4" and 120#. She used external implant sizers to visualize possible changes on her figure, and picked 325-350ml as her desired implant fill. Vectra 3-D imaging helped her visualize her before & after appearance. She preferred the advantages of Ideal Structured Saline implants for their quality feel and resistance to rippling. Surgery was done in our office surgical facility and implants were filled to 345ml. Recovery was smooth. Her eventual bra size was 30 C and she was very happy.
