Body Mommy Make-Over: Case 5 (18772)

Description

This 43 yo mom of one child was referred by her Ob/Gyn doctor for "mommy make-over" including a tummy tuck and breast enhancement. She noticed loss of breast volume and tone, along with lowered areola / nipple position. Her tummy lacked tone, particularly of the lower abdominal skin. She had an active job in a medical field and was in good health. She measured 5' 2" and 120#, with bra size 34 C, but she didn't fill it out well any longer. She wanted a better 34 C size and shape, although after trying on sizers and seeing 3 dimensional Vectra simulation, she chose larger 265 ml smooth saline implants. Dr. Graham recommended a combination of procedures to help her reach her goals: abdominoplasty, breast augmentation with areolar mastopexy (minimal scar). Her procedure was performed in our nationally accredited office surgical facility. Her recovery was smooth. She returned to work in a few weeks, and resumed mountain biking at 6 weeks. Her post-op bra size was 34 DD. "Everything is great," was her final assessment.
