Body Mommy Make-Over: Case 10 (30647)

Description

This 30 y/o mom of 3 was finished having children, worked-out 4-5 times per week, had a nice BMI of 24, and wanted Dr. Graham's help looking her best. She was referred by her mother, who was a satisfied prior patient. Consultation included discussion of her concerns: flap of abdominal skin, irregular lower abdominal skin, sagging breast appearance, "side boob," DD bra size and doesn't want to be larger, wide areolas, and finally she would like to not have to wear a bra all of the time. She could get wonderful improvements through a series of procedures which are together known as "the mommy make-over." The details included breast lift (mastopexy) with very small implants for enhanced contour, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and liposuction contouring of the flanks and lateral chest. The operation was performed in our accredited office surgical facility. Her postop course has been smooth. The postop photos show healing incision scars that are only 4 months along. All these will fade much more by 12 months. She was able to wear the same size bra as preop, but it fit much better. "I love it. Very impressed," was her impression.
