Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 25 (06443)
Description
This example is a 41 year old woman who already was a patient of Dr. Graham, having had liposuction and buttocks augmentation (fat graft) several years earlier. She now desired improved breast appearance. She was a 36 C, but wanted a lifted and fuller shape. She was active and in excellent health. She chose vertical mastopexy (also called "lollipop" or "keyhole"), a short-scar technique in which the scar is only from the nipple down to the fold beneath the breast. A small implant (230ml) was added to improve shape and projection, and increase size. She recovered well, started wearing a 38 D bra. She commented that she looked natural and was very pleased.
