Body Liposuction: Case 11 (1316)

Description

This 51 year old black woman consulted Dr. Graham about liposuction from the abdomen, waist and back to improve her torso shape, give her better feminine curves, and additionally enhance her breasts and buttocks. Breast implants will give her the desired breast shape and size. BBL or buttock fat graft will give her the desired buttock roundness and fullness, and the liposuction fat does not go to waste. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her abdomen, then she was repositioned to continue removing unwanted fat from her lower back and waistline. Almost 1,500ml of fat was available for grafting. The aspirated fat and fluid was separated and the fat was carefully placed between the gluteal muscle and the skin (subcutaneous placement).
