Body Buttock Enhancement: Case 2 (20857)

Description

This 59 year old woman consulted Dr. Graham about Brazilian Butt Lift, having learned about the procedure through television and print media. (The title is somewhat of a misnomer since it actually consists of buttock augmentation by fat grafting, rather than actual lifting. The lift would leave prominent scars.) In addition she wanted sculpturing of other areas of her body (tummy and flanks). She did not initially want to tighten the lower abdominal skin, but may later consider a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). A future second stage was discussed to manage the typical partial graft resorption. Her general health was good, with well controlled high blood pressure. She was 6' tall and weighed 190#. Outpatient surgery was done in our accredited facility. Over three liters of fat were removed from her tummy and flanks, and 1,500cc's were used to augment her buttocks. The photos show her result at one month.
