Botox If The Lights Go Out?
An afternoon severe thunderstorm came through and knocked out the power at our practice. We were not doing surgery, but we have a backup generator and multiple battery backups.
Patients were having their BotoxCosmetic and Juvederm when the lights went out. The office team jumped into action, checking on each patient and injector, opening blinds and curtains, holding various flashlights we keep on hand, and giving headlights to two injectors. All patients were offered appointment options, but could see how smoothly our staff handled everything. They wanted to go ahead.
