Botox Number One: Top 5 Non-Surgical Treatments
Over 15 million minimally invasive or non-surgical aesthetic treatments were done for patients in 2017 per the ASPS. This includes over 7 million Botox type treatments, almost 3 million injectable filler treatments (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.), Chemical peels comprised 1.4 million and laser hair removal were another 1 million. The only treatment within the top five that we do not perform is microdermabrasion at 700,000 which was trending down 4% from the year before. Instead we perform many other skin surface treatments both manual and laser, plus professional skin care.
In this practice we perform several thousand injection treatments every year. We are the most active provider of BotoxCosmetic and Jeuvederm hyaluronic fillers in the region. Drs.
