"Best Anesthesia Experience Ever" By Dr. Sutton Graham on August 30, 2016

Many people tell us they have no anxiety about our cosmetic surgery, but their only concern is "being put to sleep."  The current possibilities include:

  • local anesthesia alone
  • local with oral sedation
  • local with IV sedation (twilight, MAC)
  • general anesthesia

Anesthesia for cosmetic surgery has evolved greatly. Most minor procedures are done with local anesthesia and little or no sedation.  Most major procedures are done using general anesthesia, but with techniques and depth of anesthesia adjusted to suit each patient and procedure.  Safety and comfort are our paramount considerations.  There is no higher standard than use of an experienced, board certified MD anesthesiologist.  Use of nurse anesthetists is the most common method in our region, supervised by the plastic surgeon.

That is why we hope to provide your "Best Anesthesia Experience Ever"

“I cannot recommend Catherine Crain, NP, enough! She's kind, professional, and truly knows her stuff. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone considering botox, filler, and lasers”
